The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has invited entries from various school heads for their initiative to create a common stage for teachers to create content, share their best approaches for classroom teaching and management under Diksha initiative.
Diksha, an online platform, is an initiative taken by the Ministry of Human Resource Development and National Council of Teacher’s Education. Under Diksha, content has to be prepared from Class I to XII curriculums. In a circular issued to school heads, the board has stated that institutions are required to send the entries by October 15.

Specific guidelines have been sent for teachers to create such content. The content can be divided into parts, reference videos, subtopics, and one can use material and artefacts to explain the matter in the video content.
The teachers concerned are to give proper explanation of the same. The content selected has to fit for viewing on devices such as computer, smart phones, etc. All these videos can be edited for improvement by the CBSE. The basic idea is to simplify the content of all subjects for Class I to XII students as well as teachers. The teachers are required to upload videos on YouTube. After uploading the video, they can fill in details in the online form on a specific online link.
